Domino Effect

Participants work in small teams to create domino design based on the given theme. Themes of domino designs can be related to event objectives or decided on the spot by each team.

Then teams connect small groups' setups into one big domino course.

Grand finale is a domino toppling experience when by triggering first domino stone, we start chain reaction and entire course of interconnected dominos beautifully falls.

Outcome:

Domino experience encourage particpants to reflect on specific issue (theme of domino design) and learn perspectives of their colleagues about the issue.
Strenghen bonds between participants
Promotes teamwork and cooperation
Develop commitment to achieve team goals despite the challenges.
